- To ensure that your mails are delivered, you may start your mail with message that says that ‘to ensure that you do not miss out on any of our mails, you may add our info@companyname.com to your address book.
- Avoid sending mails from names like info, subscribers, news, administrator etc. Try using names of people working with you and keep it consistent. A reader decides to open your mail or not in a fraction of a second. Unless your name is familiar to them, they will not open the mail.
- Some can receive only text messages and some HTML messages. Ensure that your messages are both in HTML as well as in text format.
- To ensure that your mails are not filtered by the spam filters, make sure that you do not use all caps and exclamation marks in your subject line.
- Build your list at every opportunity you have. Use sign up forms, call to action buttons and everything possible to ensure your customers come back to you.
